银河公司始建于1987年，其前身为“禹城市远东净化工程有限公司”。2001年12月曾项扩建并迁址德州，更名“德州银河净化设备有限公司”。2006年在济南增设了销售部。本公司是生产熔喷工艺为主的聚丙烯纤维滤材的国有企业，曾先后荣获全国第九届科技发明大会发明奖
